All our memberships are taken on the 1st of every month. They are non contract & can be cancelled at anytime. We keep a membership set up to keep a limited amount of members to keep that personal touch.
Membership Packages
We offer 4 different packages – please see below
Bronze member
- This package entitles the member to 1 class per week
- *please note whilst covid restrictions are in all members need a designated class they stick with.
Silver member
- This package entitles the member to 2 classes per week
- *please note whilst covid restrictions are in all members need a designated classes they stick with.
Gold member
- This package entitles the member to 3 classes per week
- *please note whilst covid restrictions are in all members need a designated classes they stick with.
Platinum member
- This package entitles the member to 4 classes per week
- *please note whilst covid restrictions are in all members need a designated classes they stick with.
conditioning or mma Classes
Our memberships cover both of the classes we offer. You can attend conditioning classes MMA classes or both. We keep it that simple, just pick your membership & your classes & Lets GO!

how it works?
Once you pick your classes & which membership you want all you have to do is contact us above. We will then email you back with all details on how to join – Please note we are limited on spaces and will send the availability we currently have.
